 Product Design
Our engineers can help you with the design of your rubber parts. We will review your drawings and, where needed, recommend configuration changes which will improve the moldability of the part and/or increase the useful life of the tooling. It is very important that we establish appropriate tolerances during the design phase since that has a direct impact on the molding process we recommend and the cost of the tooling and part.

Prototypes
When a new application is being developed and there is some question as to the optimum design of dimension for a rubber part, we will recommend building prototype tooling to test the concept. A prototype mold can be built in a short period of time at a relatively low cost. The actual parts can then be tested in the application. Necessary changes can then be made to the drawings before the production tooling is cut.
