| | May 18, 2011 — 4-Channel BNC A/B Switch Designed for RS485 Multi-Drop Applications
Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces the new Model 7199 4-Channel BNC A/B Switch that allows each channel to share two BNC networks from one Common BNC network or device. This unit also features a DB9 remote port that is designed to support RS485 multi-drop applications.
The Model 7199 allows four independent switch channels to be switched individually or simultaneously via RS485 ASCII commands. This BNC switch also features the added security of no local control or front panel pushbuttons and is controlled via remote control operation only. This rackmount switch with anodized black box packaging also provides EMI/RFI shielding.
