Casting is a fabrication process to yield a manufacture of desired shape. The process is a sequence of steps with the primary move being the introduction of fluid melt into a mold followed by the hardening of the melt within the mold, and terminated with the ejection of the melt to unveil the fabricated part or casing. The process is governed by four crucial elements pattern, mold, part and the cores. The pattern, the original template whose design is duplicated in the mold, carves out an identical cavity in the casting material. Cores create holes or tunnels in the finished mold, which is the final outcome of the process.
