Buttonhead Lubrication Fitting: Heavy-duty fittings for fast coupling and free flow of lubrication. Commonly used on heavy machinery and construction equipment. For pressures up to 6,000 psi.

Giant Buttonhead: The giant button head is larger than the standard buttonhead and is used in the most grueling conditions. Giant buttonheads withstand extremely high pressures (up to 15,000 psi), and have the same fast coupling action as the standard buttonhead.

Leakproof Fittings: Leakproof fittings use a rubber seal rather than a ball check for light oils and hydraulic fluids. It is important to keep input passages free from contamination. In critical applications where back pressure is needed, it is recommended that seals be redundant. Leakproof fittings are recommended for pressures up to 5,000 pounds. They are not suitable as check valves where high-sustained back pressure is prevalent. The steel and brass fittings can be used with heavy and medium oils up to 10,000 lbs. The safety vent has slotted threads.

Adapters: Adapters are used in applications to allow a specific sized fitting to fit into a different sized drilled hole.

Bushings: Bushings are heavy-duty adapters that allow a smaller sized fitting to work in a larger sized drilled hole.

Elbows: Elbows allow for a fitting to work in an application with tight clearance, either by extension or by angling the degree that the fitting must be installed. They are also used with hose.

Extensions: Extension allow for a fitting to work in an application with tight clearance by extending the area that the fitting must be installed into.

Metric to English Adapters: Allow for imperial sized fittings to be used in holes or applications with metric specifications. The imperial sized fitting is screwed into the adapter, and the adapter is installed into the application.

Plugs: Used to seal off a threaded hole where a grease fitting was once used.

Couplers: Many styles of couplers available. Couplers attach to fittings to provide quick, leakproof connections.

Grease Guns: A complete line of standard and special-use grease guns available. We carry lever style, pistol, high pressure, extreme heavy duty, and nearly everything in between!

Nozzles & Needles: Needle adapters are used to grease hard to reach places like universal joints and king pins. We offer a variety of sizes that attach to a standard 1/8� NPT grease gun tip.

Plastic Caps: Caps are used to protect fittings from contamination and moisture. Color-coding can be used to identify fittings according to a planned maintenance schedule.

Tools: We offer a complete line of tools for grease fitting installation, removal, and maintenance, including adapters and filler fittings. The adapters snap into a standard coupler, similar to grease fittings. Use the rubber tip style to prevent damage to delicate components. Bulk filler fittings are used in connection with loader valves to fill grease guns from pumps rather than a cartridge.

Whip Hoses & Pipes: Our standard line of hoses is American-made 3,000 psi rated, and come with a reinforcing wire braid. We also offer a separate line of hoses that are made to be used with air operated or high-pressure grease guns.

Brass: Brass fittings should not be confused with zinc dichromate (yellow) grease fittings. Designed to be rust and corrosion proof, these fittings are used in highly specialized applications.

Monel: Monel fittings can withstand the most severe corrosive conditions. They are commonly found in the marine and military industries. Fittings have alloy type �R� bodies, with full hard drawn type �R� tips, type �K� money balls, and inconel springs. A single notch on the hex of each piece identifies Monel fittings.

Stainless Steel: Stainless steel in often found in food processing and certain environments where corrosion and contamination are design considerations. Fitting bodies are made of type 303 austenitic stainless steel, with 440 ball checks and 302 tempered springs. Fittings have two notches on the edge of the hex for easy identification.
