We also have available materials that are specifically designed for outdoor use or for environments with ultraviolet light exposure or for applications where static dissipation is desirable. | |

| | .jpg) | To achieve good tracking characteristics with flat belts, we recommend that they be run on a crowned drive pulley. Crowning the drive (output) pulley is recommended. If this is not possible, the driven (input) pulley can be crowned. Generally, flanged pulleys are only suitable with thicker material. Several methods of achieving a crown can be employed successfully. Pulley configuration illustrations are available on our website. | |
