Whilst the OPTIMASS 2000 has been developed to meet the demanding custody transfer requirements of the oil and gas industry, it is well suited to bulk measurement in many applications. The option of Super Duplex (UNS S32750) provides a maximum operating pressure of 180 barg.
 
A high level of performance makes the OPTIMASS 2000 suitable for the bulk measurement of petroleum and oil as well as products like syrup, molasses and raw chemicals.
 
Combined with the power of the MFC 300, the OPTIMASS 2000 will provide accurate measurement of volume, mass; density and concentration.

The MFC 300 is a universal Coriolis mass flow signal converter suitable for a wide range of applications and installations. The common platform for the modular hardware allows easy selection for the required output options, and is suitable for mounting in various housing configurations.
 
The MFC 300 is also suitable for all current and future mass flow sensors. The split architecture solution for the mass flow family ensures maximum security and redundant back-up of calibration parameters, should a failure occur. There is no need for reprogramming after a failed unit is replaced.

The new MFC 400 mass flow signal converter from KROHNE is perfectly suited to all measuring tasks offering high performance with air entrainment, excellent zero stability and advanced density measurement.
 
It offers seven measuring functions in one device: mass flow rate, mass counter, density, temperature, volume flow rate, volume counter and concentration of fluids, including alcohol concentration.
 
The MFC 400 is fitted with an extensive diagnostics package providing condition based monitoring. It is insensitive to gas entrainment and can be provided with a stainless steel housing.  Currently compatible with the OPTIMASS 6000 the MFC 400 will subsequently be available for all OPTIMASS mass flowmeters.
