  • Dust Collectors
Dust Collectors are air-cleansing devices employed to purify polluted indoor air emanated by a series of workstations, tools and machines and disperse quality air in all directions. Collectors can be specifically structured to serve the purpose of either ambient units, source collector (or portable units), collection booths, downdraft tables or stationary units. Vital parameters that specify a dust collector are air flow, system power, and storage capacity for dust particulates.
  • Dust Collecting Systems
Dust Collecting Systems primary component is a dust collector, an air-cleansing device employed to purify polluted indoor air emanated by a series of workstations, tools and machines and disperse quality air in all directions. Collectors can be specifically structured to serve the purpose of either ambient units, source collector (or portable units), collection booths, downdraft tables or stationary units. • Die Castings
Die Casting is a casting methodology in which molten metal subjected to a high pressure is thrust into cavities of steel molds called dies. These dies can be exclusively designed to yield daedal, high-precision shapes with sharply defined features possessing smooth or textured surfaces. Zinc and aluminum are the most common metals used in this casting. This method of casting delivers durable shapes and components of diverse sizes, and is effective yet economical. Die castings are familiar in various products of diverse industries ranging from automobiles to toys.

  • Deep Drawn Metal Stamping
A deep drawn stamping is a part made by a metal forming operation performed on sheet metal, by pinning down the edges of the sheet metal blank and then forcing the middle section into a die by using a punch. This action forces the center of the blank to stretch and to take the shape of the punch and corresponding die, forming a drawn part. A drawn part is considered to be deep drawn, when the depth of the part exceeds the smallest dimension of the opening. These deep drawn parts can be rectangular, square, circular, or any cross section desired. Deep drawn parts are used in various industries and applications, including utensils, aircraft components, and automotive body parts.
  • Die Cut Gaskets
Die cut gaskets are mechanical seals manufactured in high volume by a die-cutting process, which employs sharp, slender blades called dies to carve out different shapes from different materials. Gaskets of this type are ring-shaped and are mostly made of materials, usually rubber, which can be cut before assembly. To prevent substance seepage, these gaskets are seated between the object components. They serve as excellent sealants and are mostly preferred for their precision low tolerance.

  • Drawbar Springs
Drawbar springs are a special type of extension spring, a mechanical device that stores energy and offers resistance when subjected to external forces. Extension springs work by resisting a load which stretches the spring and makes the spring longer. In a drawbar, the load is applied at the ends of long steel loops which pass through the spring's center and are hooked around the opposite end, thus compressing the spring upon loading.
  • Drive Belts
A drive belt is a loop made from any flexible material used for the efficient transmission of power in various industrial applications. There are a number of different belt designs and an equally varied number of materials used to construct them. Some standard belt designs commonly used are flat belts, round belts or O-ring belts, V belts, longitudinally ribbed belts, timing belts, and film belts. All these drive belts, except film belts, are named on the basis of their cross sectional design. The film belt, on the other hand, is similar to the flat belt in construction, but thinner as compared to the flat belt. Film belts are generally made from plastic, and occasionally from rubber.

  • Diaphragm Valves
A diaphragm valve is a bi-directional valve which operates by applying an external force to a flexible element, or diaphragm. Diaphragm valves may be used for slurries or in hygienic applications.

  • Ductile Iron Castings
Ductile iron casting is a casting technique in which extremely slender molded products are formed from molds made of iron or iron alloys. A ductile casting is highly malleable and is a dross-forming alloy. Magnesium silicate dross is formed, which may precipitate a defective casting surface with the upper surface of the casting being affected generally. Hence ductile iron castings are always filtered through ceramic filters to avoid such defects. The applicability of these castings encompasses structural domains, which demand a consolidation of strength and toughness with operational ability and low cost.
  • Double Torsion Springs
Double torsion springs are a special type of torsion spring, a mechanical device that stores energy and offers resistance when subjected to externally applied torque. Double-torsion springs consist of one set of coils coiled right hand and one set of coils coiled left hand. These coils are connected and work in parallel. These sections are designed separately with the total torque being the sum of the two.
  • Deep Drawn Cans
Deep drawn cans are protective modules obtained by deep drawing manufacturing process. These products serve as headers, or have flanges formed onto the device-to-be-covered for fastening covers or lids. Such cans can be fabricated from a range of metals –from common metals to special-purpose alloys, as well as light, medium, heavy gauge metals. They are common in health care instrumentation, telecommunications, automotive, relays, aerospace, oscillators, transformer housings, sensors, capacitor housings, military enclosures and in electric motors.

  • Discharge Hose
Discharge hose also referred to as a discharge pipe is a hollow tube that discharges fluid from one location to another. These hoses are made of plastic or metal, usually cylindrical in shape. The hose is characterized by excellent vacuum and pressure ratings, extreme durability under normal operating conditions and weather resistance. It is highly preferred for quarry, construction and industrial water discharge applications, as well as for applications such as the transference of petroleum-based products from barges to docks and vice-versa.
