  • Clevis Pins
Clevis pins belong to the category of fasteners and allows axial rotation of the connected parts around the pin. The pin is comprised of a shank, head and hole. The shank is situated at the extreme opposite from the pin head, with the hole passing through it. A cotter pin is injected into the hole to preserve the position of the pin after assembly of the parts that are to be fastened. Fastening turnbuckles in rigging is one of the typical applications of these pins; they are used in exuberance in the aircraft, automotive and construction industries.
  • Custom Gaskets
Custom gaskets are sealing gaskets fabricated in accordance to user requirements. Special materials, usually unused in the fabrication of standard gaskets, can be used for the manufacture of these gaskets. Gaskets of this type form tight seals for industrial requirements. In addition to forming secure seals, these gaskets exhibit high durability. Custom strip and custom mesh are the two common types of custom gaskets. They are significant in turbines, compressors, pumps, acoustical, electrical and water filtration applications.
  • Conveyor Parts & Equipment
Accessories, components, and replacement parts for conveyors and conveyor systems.
  • Ceramics for Refractory Applications
  • Chemical Flow Meters
  • Chain Conveyors
In the manufacturing industry, a chain conveyor is an overhead conveyor that uses riveted or un-riveted chain suspended by rollers or wheels from a fixed track and employing trolleys, hooks or other carrying devises to move material in an environment. The chain is moved by means of electric motors or other motive devices. The mining industry variant involves one or two endless linked chains with evenly spaced crossbars or flights that move a load through a metal trough.

  • Cobalt
Cobalt (Co) is a blue-white metal, melting at 2715°F (1492°C), used in very hard alloy such as stellite, and a binder in carbide cutting tools. Certain isotopes of cobalt are used in various medical tests as it is a high-energy gamma ray emitter. Other uses include electrodes, magnets, catalysts, and more.
  • Catalytic Oxidizers
Catalytic oxidizers, while similar in purpose to thermal oxidizers, are completely different in operation. As their name suggests, catalytic oxidizers utilize a catalyst to break down the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the exhaust gases. The oxidation in this process is basically a chemical reaction between the catalyst and the VOC hydrocarbon molecules. These types of oxidizers are commonly found as stand-alone components in the exhaust system of automobiles, to control the discharge of noxious gases produced by internal combustion engines into the atmosphere. They are also used in various industries and commonly consist of a catalyst bed, a heat exchanger, and a burner. The catalyst bed is essentially made of either honeycombed ceramic or numerous ceramic beads, both coated with the catalyst. The types of catalysts that are normally used are precious metal catalysts, such as platinum, palladium, or rhodium. The heat exchanger in the catalytic oxidizer is used in a recuperative role, for the recovery of heat produced during the oxidation process.
  • Chemical Milling
  • Cobalt Sheet & Plate
  • Chemical Etching
Chemical etching, sometimes also known as chemical milling, is the process of using various chemicals to dissolve unwanted materials, such as semiconductors, glass, and metals, leaving behind the material in the desired shape. The desired shape is achieved by protecting the material to be left behind with removable masking or masking material that is resistant to etching, forcing the chemical to attack only the exposed material. This form of fabrication has found extensive application in the printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor industries, where chemical etching is an important step in microfabrication. The etchants used in this operation are dependant on the material being etched. Hydrofluoric acid is a common etchant used for silica, while sodium hydroxide is used for etching aluminum components.
  • Custom & Special Screws
  • Corrosion Resistant Pumps
Corrosion-resistant pumps are made of materials that resist corrosion such as non-metallic plastic composite, wrought metal, and stainless steel, and are employed in the processing of chemicals and corrosive liquids such as salt solutions, photographic chemicals, phosphoric acid, and in wastewater treatment.
